The question that abounds on the lips of many is how the administration is able to impact positively on the lives of people of Warri South local government in spite of the challenges posed by the huge monthly deduction at source for Primary School Teachers Salary? To refresh our memory, the Edema Led Administration which places huge emphasis on environmental sanitation, staff welfare, infrastructural and human capital development inherited a debt of over N30million as well as two months staff salary arrears and debt owed contractors. But the managerial acumen of Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema and his team of executive, with the firm support of the Legislative Arm has rewritten the success story of Warri South local government.
