Fresh Angle hits 1: • Management unveils new plans

Your soar away Community tabloid, Fresh Angle Newspaper has hit one year in the news stand.

According to a statement by its Managing Editor and Editor-In-Chief, Asare Michael Segun and Ebule Anthony Metsese, the tabloid which hit the news stand January 2010 has grown tremendously despite the teething challenges associated with community newspapers.

The statement adds that despite the difficult challenge of getting advert patronage, the tabloid has been able to have a blogspot on the web, assigned a Bureau Chief to cover Lagos and the Western Geopolitical zone as well as incorporate a Delta Central Correspondent in an apparent bid to further broaden its ever expansive and objective news coverage. As part of plans to expand its business operations, the Newspaper has commenced operations in its business centre arm and arrangements are in top gear to launch a full website as well as start the process of operating a state of the art editing studio with full compliment of ultra modern video and still camera for rentals.

Plans are also in place to increase the Newspaper spread, circulation and content. The statement adds that the newspaper will soon hire more reporters across Delta State and beyond to enrich its content. It enjoins corporate bodies and individuals to take advantage of the opportunity by advertising their product and events in the tabloid.
